Seaside Plantation Property Owners Association is located off Seccessionville Road on James Island. It includes seven communities; Stonebridge, Planters Trace, Majestic Oaks, Seaside Estates, Freemans Point, Pemberton, and Egrets Point.
Seaside Plantation features a community boat landing available for use for all residents.
